You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition (unused uncut not-removed from the release liner state)
In the original packaging
Products that have begun to be applied before realizing the incorrect product was ordered are non-returnable. As instructions state, the time to determine fitment and proper product is prior to removal of product from the release liner.
If an incorrect product has been shipped to you by my mistake, all shipping fees are covered by Darkside Studios LLC for the return process.

Are there any charges for return?
There is a 15% restocking fee on returns unless otherwise noted. Restocking fees do not apply to incorrect products sent to the customer at the fault of Darkside Studios LLC.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless the product received is incorrect based on our error. If this is the case, please contact me directly email@example.com
How soon will I get my exchange / refund?
Once your return for a refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, depending on the payment method, refunds may take time to show on your statement. or within approximately 10 working days.
Once your return for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return for exchange. A 2-day handling time for manufacturing of the new product is required. After this period, you will get an email notification of a new tracking number for your exchange.
