🎁 Discount, Promo & Free Shipping Eligibility
Only graphics-related products—including RC decals, wraps, sticker kits, skins, and similar graphic items—qualify for free shipping offers, discount codes, or promotional pricing.
Items such as apparel, RC pit mats, hats, beanies, accessories, or print-on-demand manufactured items are not included in free shipping or most discount-based promotions.
Orders containing both graphics and non-graphics products may calculate shipping or split shipping costs based on the non-graphics items, even if the graphics portion qualifies for free shipping.
The on-site free shipping progress bar is an automated guide only and may occasionally display incorrect thresholds or eligibility. Final shipping charges and eligibility are determined at checkout and may be adjusted by Darkside Studios LLC if needed.
Darkside Studios LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow or deny exceptions to these eligibility rules when appropriate. Exceptions do not imply future eligibility.

During this time, we prepare artwork, send previews (when applicable), and await your approval. Orders do not enter production until approval is received.

All orders are produced strictly in the order they are received. Rush processing, deadline guarantees, or priority placement are not offered for any product or under any circumstances.
Darkside Studios LLC may temporarily disable ordering or lock checkout to manage production load. Orders placed before a lockout will continue in normal sequence.
Delays caused by late customer responses, slow approval replies, missing information, or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Darkside Studios LLC and may extend delivery timelines.
👕 APPAREL & RC PIT MAT FULFILLMENT TIMES
These items are designed and customized in-house by Darkside Studios LLC before being sent to our trusted manufacturing partner for final production and fulfillment.
In-studio design and approval time: 1–3 business days. This includes customization setup, design preparation, and customer artwork approval.
Once approved, production begins at our partner facility. Fulfillment times vary based on region and product type as shown below.
Shipping and transit time are in addition to both handling and production time.
Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order has shipped.
Note: Delivery dates shown during checkout are automatically estimated by Shopify and may not accurately reflect real-world delivery due to manufacturer production variability. 🎨 PRODUCT DESIGN & VARIATIONS
Print runs may vary slightly in color, placement, or cut.

All artwork, layouts, templates, concepts, and designs created by Darkside Studios LLC remain the intellectual property of the studio. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute the artwork.
Source files, layered files, and production files are not provided to customers under any circumstances.
Custom design work does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the customer unless a separate written agreement is made.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and display purchased graphics on their own physical vehicles, equipment, or personal items only.
Graphics may not be scanned, digitized, traced, recreated, resold, redistributed, or used as a base for new designs—including for print-on-demand services, apparel or merchandise lines, NFTs, or other digital or physical products—without prior written permission from Darkside Studios LLC.
It is strictly prohibited to supply Darkside Studios artwork to third-party printers, shops, or manufacturers for reproduction, modification, or resale.
👁️ Preview Policy
Declining the preview forfeits rights to design-related returns or adjustments.
We recommend selecting the preview option to confirm layout, name, number, and color accuracy.
Colors shown in digital previews may appear different on various screens due to brightness settings, display calibration, device type, or color profiles. Minor shifts between digital previews and printed output are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for return or reprint.
🛠️ CUSTOMIZATION, UPLOADS & SPONSOR LOGOS
Custom work is available when time permits at our discretion and may include one-off layouts or unique concepts.
Darkside Studios LLC does not display or provide real trademarked sponsor logos in product listings, examples, or marketing materials. All sponsor graphics shown publicly are generic placeholders.
Customers may upload or request sponsor logos, brand names, or company graphics for use on RC graphics kits, wraps, decals, and pit mats. By doing so, the customer confirms they have full legal rights, authorization, or sponsorship approval to use those logos in printed form.
Customers requesting sponsor or brand logos certify that:
They are an authorized sponsored driver or team member, or they have explicit permission to reproduce the logo.
The requested logo is not restricted, licensed, or prohibited for reproduction.
They accept full legal responsibility for all content requested or uploaded.
Darkside Studios LLC does not verify ownership, licensing, or sponsorship rights for customer-submitted logos. All liability for unauthorized or improper use rests solely with the customer.
If a trademark holder, brand, or sponsor disputes or challenges the customer’s use of their logo, the customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Darkside Studios LLC from all related claims, damages, losses, or legal fees.
Darkside Studios LLC reserves the right to decline printing any logo at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:
copyrighted or licensed logos without clear permission,
restricted industry logos (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, explicit content),
logos we are not comfortable printing for any reason,
logos that appear altered, counterfeit, or unauthorized.
If a submitted logo is rejected, Darkside Studios LLC may request an alternate file, omit the logo, or cancel and refund the related portion of the order when appropriate.
Order notes are welcome for simple clarifications or special instructions; however, they cannot be used to request customizations outside the options shown on the product listing unless those requests were discussed and approved by Darkside Studios LLC in advance.
The product listing defines the full scope of what is included. Any additional design changes, colors, layouts, add-ons, or customization requests not offered on the listing require prior consent from the studio.
Order notes or messages that include unapproved customizations will be treated as informational only and may be disregarded.
Darkside Studios LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order in which the buyer requests work that falls outside the options, features, or customization choices offered on the product listing, unless such work was expressly approved in advance.
Expanded or custom work outside the advertised product must be submitted through a Custom Design Request and approved before ordering.
No changes can be made once production begins.
If you need to correct something you entered (name, number, model choice, etc.), please contact us immediately after ordering. Corrections are not guaranteed once production starts.
🔧 INSTALLATION POLICIES
Buyers must verify product fit before installation.
Once installed or removed from the liner, the item is non-returnable.
🧩 FITMENT & RESPONSIBILITY

If a machine photo is uploaded, it overrides all dropdown selections.
📏 WRAP DEFINITIONS
“Wrap” “Skins” “Graphics” “Decals” “Stickers” refers to partial coverage kits — not full-body coverage.
Kits are not designed for compound curves or full skinning as the materials used are too thick for compound curves or overlapping.
Preview examples may or may not show gaps between graphic pieces correctly.

1 mil = 0.001 inch (≈ 0.0254 mm).
“~” (Approximately): indicates an average or nominal thickness, not an exact measurement.
Variation: Thickness can vary from piece to piece or run to run depending on materials, finishes, and production methods.
Product updates: Materials may change over time to improve quality. Some items may be backordered, substitutions may occur, and listed thicknesses may not always reflect the latest updates.
Included in thickness: film + adhesive + protective overlaminate (liner excluded).

Disputes: Products within normal variation are considered conforming. They may be returned, but all return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
