How Your Graphics Preview Works

Preview approval is required for all products except items in the RC Spare Parts category. Try the approval process below; this is a demonstration only.

Your initial preview will arrive by email, typically within 1–3 business days after ordering, depending on studio workload. Each request for edits starts a new 1–3 business-day window from receipt of your request for the revised preview, depending on studio workload. These windows cover initial and revised previews only, not production, shipping, or delivery.

Please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout and monitor your inbox, spam, and junk folders during that window. If you provide your mobile number at checkout, you will also receive a text notification when your preview is ready. If you have not received your initial or revised preview after the applicable three-business-day window, please contact me with your order number.

Review all names, numbers, colors, layout, and other design details, then approve the preview or request edits. If edits are requested, review and approve the revised preview. Production begins only after your explicit approval; placing an order or checking the acknowledgment box is not approval of the artwork. No response does not count as approval. Your order will remain on hold indefinitely until all required previews are approved, with no production or shipment while approval is pending.

If an order combines products that require preview approval with products that do not, the entire order will be held until all required previews are approved. Items that do not require a preview will not ship separately while approval is pending.
