Darkside Studio Arts LLC - Return Policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At Darkside Studios LLC, we want you to love your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Custom orders and reprints, unless defective, are not eligible for return.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Email darksidestudioarts@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

  • All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Keep tracking info until your refund is processed.

4. RESTOCKING FEE

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by Darkside Studios LLC will be deducted from your refund.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Report any damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email darksidestudioarts@gmail.com with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  • If approved, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-designed or custom-printed products
  • Any item that has been installed or partially used
  • Items returned without prior RMA approval

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Import duties, taxes, and return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Refused international packages due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds.
