• Step 3: Three complete white ink passes are printed to create an opaque foundation.
• Step 4: Full-color artwork is printed over the white ink foundation.

The white ink foundation is what allows the printed colors to stay rich, opaque, and accurate while still allowing the fluorescent neon vinyl to pop where it is intentionally exposed.
