💵 Refund Policy – Darkside Studios LLC

Because most products are printed or produced on demand, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

✅ Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Returned items must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging and materials intact.

Custom designs, one-off layouts, personalized products, reprints, and items that have been installed, trimmed, stretched, or altered are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect or order error.

📩 Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval. To request a return, contact us at darksidestudioarts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

💰 Fees & Original Shipping

Approved returns not caused by our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges (including free or upgraded shipping) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund.

🏦 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not install or modify affected items before contacting us.

If the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs. Refused or unclaimed international packages are not eligible for refunds.
