What is Artwork?

Artwork is your printed design—the colors, logos, and graphics. It sits between the base material underneath and the protective finish on top. Keep the same design and try different materials and finishes to change its look.

2 Base materials Standard White Vinyl

What is a Base Material?

This is what your artwork is printed onto. White vinyl gives an opaque white foundation; chrome adds reflections beneath the ink. On chrome, colors tint the reflection, white areas reveal the chrome, and black blocks it. The protective finish above also affects the final shine.

3 Protective finishes Gloss Finish

What is a Protective Finish?

This is the protective laminate over your printed artwork. It changes surface shine, texture, or sparkle without changing the design. Gloss keeps reflections lively; matte softens them, including chrome underneath. Available finishes vary by product.
