BY PURCHASING FROM THIS STORE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES.

• We may contact you via email with questions or preview approvals. Orders may be held until a response is received.
• Unconfirmed preview approvals may result in cancellation and refund.
• Ensure your email address is accurate and check spam folders regularly.

⚠️ WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

• All products are sold without expressed or implied warranties.
• Buyer assumes full responsibility for the use and installation of products.

📦 SHIPPING POLICIES

🌍 Flat Rate International Shipping

• $19.95 USD flat rate available on orders over $44.95.
• Delivered via Economy International: 6–18 business days.
• Available worldwide.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

• 📦 If your package shows no additional scans or movement beyond the original scan, we will issue a replacement only after 12 full business days have passed.
• 🕒 Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
• 🚫 No refunds or reshipments will be issued before this timeframe is met.

🌐 International Shipping

• 📦 Replacements will be issued for international shipments with no delivery or scan activity after 20 full business days from the first scan.
• Choose Priority or Express for faster and more trackable options.

💰 Import Taxes & Refusals

• Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
• 📦 We do not refund refused packages due to unpaid taxes or fees.
• Returned packages are subject to non-refundable penalties and may not qualify for damage or delay refunds.

🇨🇦 Canadian Orders

• Most orders over 1lb ship via UPS Standard or Expedited.
• You may self-clear to avoid UPS brokerage fees. Contact UPS for instructions.
• USPS is available for slower but fee-free delivery.

📸 Damaged Shipments (Domestic & International)

• Photographic evidence of product and packaging is required.
• ⚠️ Do not discard packaging or install product before reporting — this voids all claims.

🕒 HANDLING TIME

• Minimum handling time: 3 full business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• Delays may occur due to approvals, weather, outages, or peak volume.
• 💡 Expedited shipping applies after handling time.
• 💬 Refunds for upgraded shipping must be requested before shipment.

🚚 TRANSIT TIMES

• Transit time = Carrier scan to delivery scan.
• Transit time does not include handling time.
• All shipping delays should be directed to the shipping carrier.
• No carrier (including expedited) guarantees delivery times.

💵 RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Return Policy

• Items must be unused, uncut, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All return shipments must be insured by the buyer.

Restocking Fees

• 25% restocking fee plus any original shipping (even if free) will be deducted from refunds.
• No returns accepted on installed, cut, or damaged items.

🔁 Reprints & Replacement Items

• We offer full reprints only; no partial or single-piece replacements.
• RC decal kits are reprinted as a complete sheet only.
• Reprints must match the original exactly — no color or layout changes.
• Approval subject to studio availability and production load.

Backorders or Incomplete Items

• If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may issue a return label and full refund for that item.

🎨 PRODUCT DESIGN & VARIATIONS

• Print runs may vary slightly in color, placement, or cut.
• Order all needed kits at once for the best color match.
• We reserve the right to improve or revise designs over time.

👁️ Preview Policy

• Declining the preview forfeits rights to design-related returns or adjustments.
• We recommend selecting the preview option to confirm layout, name, number, and color accuracy.

🛠️ CUSTOMIZATION & SPECIAL REQUESTS

• Custom work is available when time permits at our discretion.
• Includes one-off layouts or unique concepts.

✏️ ORDER MODIFICATIONS

• No changes allowed after production begins.
• Contact us immediately after ordering if corrections are needed.

🔧 INSTALLATION POLICIES

• Buyers must verify product fit before installation.
• Once installed or removed from the liner, the item is non-returnable.

🧩 FITMENT & RESPONSIBILITY

• Use dropdowns to select exact model/year/make.
• If a machine photo is uploaded, it overrides all dropdown selections.

📏 WRAP DEFINITIONS

• “Wrap” refers to partial coverage kits — not full-body coverage.
• Kits are not designed for compound curves or full skinning.

🚫 LOSS & DAMAGES

• We are not responsible for lost time, installation fees, deadlines, or third-party costs.

🎁 REWARDS PROGRAM

• $50 minimum order to redeem points.
• Points are not redeemable for cash and may be revoked at our discretion.

📄 LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

• All warranties are disclaimed, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
• Buyer waives liability and agrees to indemnify Darkside Studios LLC for any claims.
